Belonging Early Learning Asquith is a warm, family-owned early learning centre that has proudly supported children and families in the Asquith community for over 10 years. Our custom-built nursery and preschool, with open-air spaces opposite Asquith Public School, is designed to feel like a second home — where every child is treated as unique and special. About the Opportunity

We are looking for a motivated, caring and enthusiastic person to join our team as a Trainee Educator, working towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care.

This is a great opportunity for someone starting their career in early childhood education — no previous childcare qualification or experience is required, and school leavers are encouraged to apply.

- Enjoys working as part of a supportive team
- Holds (or is willing to obtain) a Working with Children Check
- Holds (or is willing to obtain) a First Aid certificate, including CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma management

Your Role As a Certificate III trainee, your duties will include (but are not limited to):





- Supporting the educational program and children's daily learning experiences
- Assisting Room Leaders and educators with daily routines and tasks
- Supervising and engaging with children during indoor and outdoor play
- Helping to provide a safe, nurturing and enjoyable environment
- Assisting with mealtimes, cleaning and general room routines
- Building positive relationships with children, families and educators
- Completing the study and practical requirements of your Certificate III traineeship
