Propertied negotiates 45 + childcare transactions a year - leases, DA approved site sales and business sales - entirely off-market. No other group in the state moves this volume in the childcare sector.
We are hiring a leasing specialist and business broker to run point on childcare deals from first call to settlement.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing childcare leasing transactions end-to-end - from landlord instruction through to tenant negotiation and lease execution.
- Brokering childcare business sales (going-concern centres, not just the real estate).
- Working our proprietary tenant demand database to match DA-approved sites and vacant centres with actively expanding operators.
- Building direct relationships with the operator groups that are actually growing in this market.

- Real volume of deals: this isn't a handful of deals a year - it's proven with a repeatable pipeline of 45 + deals a year.
What we're looking for:
- Experience in commercial leasing, business brokering and/or childcare/education property.
- Someone who can build and hold relationships with operators, not just process paperwork.
- Comfortable working a CRM-driven structured prospecting process rather than relying on lunch.
