About the role

We are looking for a cheerful, caring and responsible person to look after two children, Oscar (6) and River (8), as well as a 2½-year-old Groodle, Humphrey. The children are active and enjoy getting out and about, so the days will involve a mixture of activities.

Key responsibilities

- Preparing lunch and snacks for the children

- Taking the children for walks, to the park or leisure centre

- Taking them on the train or driving them to activities (car provided)

- Keeping the children safe, happy and entertained

- Giving Humphrey a 20-minute run each day at the park next door

- Helping with some light housework if time permits

About you

- Genuinely enjoys spending time with children and dogs

- Kind, caring, responsible and intelligent

- Has a good sense of humour and a cheerful personality

- Has a current driver's licence

- Is confident driving the car with the children

- Can provide a resume and references
