The Opportunity:

We have an outstanding opportunity for a civil Leading Hand to support our project teams delivering local civil infrastructure projects. This opportunity will ideally suit candidates with a sound knowledge of earthworks, roadworks, concrete and drainage. Training will be provided by an experienced Supervisor and Project Engineer to ensure your success.

About You:



Sunshine Civil Solutions is a values-driven company that appreciates and promotes resilience, ambition and personal growth. As the successful candidate you will possess:

- Demonstrated experience as a leading hand on civil construction projects in both infrastructure and land development.
- An in-depth knowledge and experience in earthworks, roadworks, concreting and services, together with a drive for safety, environment, team leadership and the ability to deliver projects to agreed outcomes.
- Experience working on live roads and under traffic control

Furthermore, you will have;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Construction Industry Card (White / Blue)
- Current Driver Licence
- A strong commitment to OHS and Safe Work Practices
