About Our Role
We're looking for proactive Civil Engineers / Senior Civil Engineers to join our Melbourne team. With a strong pipeline of transport and civil infrastructure projects, you'll work on diverse projects while collaborating with industry-leading specialists across Australia. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about learning, eager to broaden their experience, and motivated to build a long-term career in a supportive and growth-focused environment.
About You To be successful in this position, you will have:
- Qualification in Civil Engineering
- 3+ years' experience within an engineering environment
- Proficiency in Civil 3D, 12d and/or OpenRoads
- CPEng status (or close to obtaining)
- Experience in the planning, design and delivery of civil infrastructure projects
- The ability to build strong client relationships and collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams
- A proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
