About the role

IKON Services Australia Pty Ltd is seeking experienced and reliable Cleaners to join our growing team on a full-time basis. Based in Pyrmont, NSW 2009, this role is fundamental to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our client properties and facilities. As a Cleaner, you will play a vital part in creating clean, safe and welcoming environments that reflect our commitment to quality service delivery and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

- Perform comprehensive cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting and sanitising across assigned areas
- Clean and maintain bathrooms, kitchens, floors and other facilities to the highest hygiene standards
- Empty bins and dispose of waste in accordance with environmental and safety regulations
- Use and maintain cleaning equipment and tools safely and effectively
- Follow health and safety protocols and cleaning schedules consistently
- Report maintenance issues and damages to management promptly
- Restock cleaning supplies and materials as required
- Maintain a professional appearance and demonstrate excellent customer service when interacting with clients or staff

What we're looking for

- Proven experience working as a cleaner in commercial, residential or hospitality environments
- Commercial kitchen cleaning experience is mandatory
- Cleaning cooktops, grills and woks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleaning standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical fitness and capability to perform manual cleaning tasks throughout a full working day
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to cleaning services




- Familiarity with various cleaning products, equipment and techniques previous commercial kitchen cleaning experience is required.

- Shifts available mornings
- Wednesdays to Fridays 6am-2pm. Tuesdays to Fridays 6am-2pm.

Monday to Friday 6am-2.06pm.

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 6am to 11am and Friday: 6am to 2pm.

- Excellent communication skills and skilled demeanour
- Current working rights in Australia
- No sponsorship available
- A valid driver's licence is preferred for this position
