$33.85 per hour

Queens That Clean is growing, and we’re looking for another Cleaning Queen to join our team.

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, friendly and takes genuine pride in doing a great job. You’ll be working in our clients’ homes and properties across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie and the Hunter, helping us deliver the consistent, high-quality service Queens That Clean is known for.

This is a hands-on cleaning position suited to someone who enjoys being active, working as part of a team and seeing the difference their work makes at the end of each service.

THE ROLE WILL INCLUDE:

- Residential and domestic cleaning
- Regular weekly and fortnightly services
- Deep and detailed cleaning
- NDIS and insurance-supported cleaning services
- Following client-specific cleaning checklists
- Bathrooms, kitchens, dusting, vacuuming and mopping
- Working independently and alongside other team members
- Taking required completion photos
- Caring for company equipment and cleaning supplies
- Communicating any client or property concerns to the team
- Representing Queens That Clean professionally in our clients’ homes

- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team




- Able to follow instructions and client-specific checklists
- Willing to learn our cleaning methods and standards
- Comfortable receiving feedback and continuing to improve
- Physically capable of completing professional cleaning duties
- Available during daytime hours Monday–Friday
- Holds a current driver licence and has reliable transport
- Someone who genuinely takes pride in leaving a home beautifully clean

Previous professional cleaning experience is highly regarded, but attitude, reliability and willingness to learn are extremely important to us. We provide training, systems and support to help the right person learn the Queens That Clean way.

Pay: $33.85 per hour — Casual
