We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Assistant Manager to join our team at Avoca Hotel, Adelaide's Favourite Pub!

n

The Role:

n

Mentoring your team by leading from the front

n

Management of expenses inclusive of stock, labour and general expense items

n

Ability to work hospitality hours-weekends/nights

n

Reconciling floats and balancing of DTS

n

Providing excellent customer service while maintaining the highest of standards

n

Preferred Qualifications:

n

RSA, Gaming, RP

n

Minimum 2 years experience as a Manager in a senior role

n

Experience in Gaming, TAB & Keno

n

Confident in leading and developinga passionate team.

n

Preferred strong bar background

n

Passionate for the hospitality industry

n

An appetite for personal growth

Self-motivated, and driven to be successful
