Job Description

We're looking for an experienced SAP ECP Functional Consultant to join a growing key client of ours and play a key role in delivering HRIS transformations.

We're open to all experience levels, from consultants building their SAP Payroll career through to highly experienced specialists.

n

What you'll be doing:

n

n
- Work across SAP ECP and/or ECC Payroll implementations and configuration
n
- Configure Payroll Rules, Schemas and Australian payroll requirements
n
- Support solution design workshops and customer discussions
n
- Translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions
n
- Deliver customer support and ensure high-quality outcomes
n
- Communicate requirements and changes to stakeholders
n
- Contribute to team development and delivery best practice
n
- Work across the broader SAP SuccessFactors landscape
n

What we're looking for:

n

n
- SAP ECP and/or ECC Payroll configuration experience
n




- Solid understanding of Australian Payroll requirements, including STP, Superannuation and Terminations
n
- Experience working on payroll implementations or support
n
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- Relevant tertiary qualification
n
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll certification
n
