About the Role

n

As Centre Director, you'll be the driving force behind the success of Bright Steps Academy Kwinana. You'll lead and inspire your team, oversee the day-to-day operations of the centre, build strong relationships with families and ensure high standards of education, care, compliance and continuous improvement.

n





You'll also have the unique opportunity to establish the centre's culture from day one and create a team environment where people feel supported, valued and proud to belong.

What You'll Bring

n

n
- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care, or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
n
- Proven leadership experience in an early learning or childcare setting
n
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS and NQF
n
- Confidence in leading, mentoring and developing high-performing teams
n
- Excellent communication, organisation and relationship-building skills
n
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional outcomes for children and families
n
