About the Role

n

As a Car Care Consultant & Delivery Manager, you will play a vital role in the customer journey, from helping customers select vehicle protection and enhancement solutions through to booking in their new vehicle and ensuring an outstanding handover experience.

n

You will act as a trusted advisor, educating customers on products designed to protect and maintain their vehicle while creating a memorable and professional delivery experience.

n

Key Responsibilities

Vehicle Protection & Product Consultation

n

n
- Present and recommend vehicle protection solutions, accessories, and enhancement products.
n
- Educate customers on the perks and value of products including paint protection, interior protection, window tint, ceramic coatings, and technology solutions.
n




- Understand customer needs and provide tailored recommendations.
n
- Build strong customer relationships through professional and consultative interactions.
n
- Achieve individual and team sales targets and key performance indicators.
n

Vehicle Delivery Experience

n

n
- Coordinate vehicle deliveries to ensure customers receive an exceptional handover experience.
n
- Conduct professional vehicle presentations and demonstrations.
n
- Explain vehicle care requirements, warranties, and product benefits.
n
- Ensure all delivery documentation is completed accurately.
n
- Create a memorable experience that delights customers and encourages long-term loyalty.

Customer Experience

n

- Deliver outstanding customer service at every stage of the ownership journey.
n
- Resolve customer enquiries professionally and promptly.
n
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance & Insurance, Service, and Administration teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Preferred Experience

- Experience presenting products and services to customers.

- Previous dealership experience is advantageous but not essential.
