Barwon Health in Colac is seeking a part time Community Development Worker to support mental health and bushfire recovery efforts. You will lead community engagement, coordinate events, and improve access to information and support for affected families.

The role emphasizes collaboration within a multidisciplinary team, data collection, and delivering education sessions to promote early help-seeking and reduce stigma. Evening and weekend work may be required.
