About the Role:

Based in Acacia Ridge, this is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to join a medium sized residential design specialist and be part of a TEAM that actually enjoy working together everyday.

n

Whilst your technical aptitude is pertinent, it is your positive, dedicated and forward-thinking approach that is critical.



Your demonstrated experience with Revit will be utilised to draft all aspects of residential building plans in this fast-paced environment. Your passion for the industry and desire to produce efficient and quality outcomes for clients will ensure your fit within the existing team.

Your skills and experience:

n

n
- Demonstrated experience producing Residential Housing Plans
n
- Familiarity with the building codes in South-East Qld.
n
- Demonstrated high level skills and hands‐on competency in Revit is ESSENTIAL.
n
- Strong skills with Microsoft Office Suite software.
n
- An eye for detail and focus on accuracy and Quality Assurance.
n
- Strong communication skills.
n
- Highly motivated, committed, team focused and reliable.
n
- Proven ability to take ownership of delegated tasks with demonstrated initiative and time management skills.
n
- Positive "can do attitude" and a hands‐on "finisher".
n
- A desire to be challenged and to expand your skill set.
