We are seeking a detail oriented, enthusiastic individual to join our team. You will be an integral team member providing support to the Financial Planner and our Clients .

The position is permanent part time offering flexible schedule – minimum 30 hours per week. The position may suit someone returning to the workforce or currently studying at university or in a related field and looking for a change.

Your excellent communication and organisational skills will assist you with:

- undertaking a wide variety of administrative duties.
- Liaising with external firms including Investment platforms and Super providers.
- working with other local, professional firms to deliver a seamless service
- Maintaining our database and client files.




- managing the diary to ensure all our existing clients and referrals are shown some love.

Skills and experience that you would need to bring to the role and which should be addressed in your cover letter are:
- experience in customer service and administrative roles
- the ability to prioritise
- your attention to detail and a sound knowledge of the Microsoft suite, especially Outlook, Excel and Word.
- confidence in adapting to new systems – in this case, XPlan our planning software. Previous experience with a variety of software would be preferred.
- evidence of your Professional Presentation and strong written and verbal communication.
