Role Description The Client Services Manager is a full-time, in office role located in Caboolture, QLD. This position is responsible for overseeing the delivery of client services, ensuring a high standard of care, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Day-to-day tasks include supervising support staff, coordinating client service plans, monitoring service quality and client satisfaction, and resolving issues or concerns promptly. The role also involves liaising with families, caregivers, and external providers, managing documentation and reporting, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

- Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in a client-facing environment is preferred.
- Relevant qualifications in social work, community services, health, or a related discipline are advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively, manage competing priorities, and maintain accurate records in line with organizational and regulatory standards.
