About The Role Reporting directly to the Residential Aged Care Manager (RACM), you will serve as Second-in-Command for the home. Drawing on your strong clinical expertise, you will oversee clinical governance, champion quality outcomes, and mentor the next generation of nursing and care staff.

Key Responsibilities

- Resident & Family Care: Build strong, trusting relationships with residents and their families to ensure personalized, compassionate care.
- Clinical Leadership: Oversee clinical operations, stock management, compliance, reporting, and continuous improvement of clinical care programs.
- Team Development: Train, mentor, and upskill nurses and care staff to maintain high standards of clinical practice.
- Operational & Financial Support: Assist the RACM with workforce planning and home budget management.

What We Are Looking For We are seeking an ethical, forward-thinking clinical leader who thrives on empowering teams and driving clinical excellence.
- Qualifications: Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Leadership Experience: Minimum 3 years of nursing management experience (at ward level or above).
- Industry Background: Demonstrated experience within the Australian Aged Care sector.
- Skills:



Strong track record in clinical compliance, people management, and budget management.
