About the Role: Are you passionate about supporting people on their recovery journey and making a meaningful difference in your community? Community Recovery Services (CRS) is looking for an experienced and compassionate clinician to join our multidisciplinary team. At CRS, we provide recovery-focused, strengths-based support to adults living with complex mental health conditions. We work alongside individuals to help them build on their strengths, improve their wellbeing, and achieve their personal goals while remaining connected to their community.

In this role, you will build therapeutic relationships with a diverse caseload of clients, providing ongoing face-to-face care and support that promotes recovery, independence, and improved quality of life. You'll work closely with an allocated psychiatrist and a dedicated multidisciplinary team, helping people reduce the need for hospital admissions and engage more confidently in their treatment and recovery.

You are a skilled and compassionate clinician with experience supporting people with complex mental health conditions. You bring strong clinical assessment and case management skills, sound judgement, and a commitment to delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred care.



You work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team and are passionate about supporting recovery and positive consumer outcomes.

You'll be supported by strong clinical governance, regular professional supervision, and opportunities for ongoing learning and development, allowing you to continue growing your skills and career.

A merit pool may be established from this recruitment process and will remain valid for 12 months. This pool may be used to fill similar roles/ future vacant positions at the same level across CHS.

Please note prior to commencement successful candidates will be required to:

- Undergo a pre-employment National Police Check.
- Prior to commencing this role, a current registration issued under the Working with Vulnerable People (Background Checking) Act 2011 is required.
- Comply with Canberra Health Services Occupational Assessment, Screening and Vaccination policy
- Comply with CHS credentialing and scope of clinical practice requirements for allied health professionals.
