Roshana Noble Park Aged Care is a 70-bed, fully refurbished facility in Melbourne offering a welcoming and modern environment where residents receive high-quality care delivered with genuine compassion every day. We are looking for Clinical Nurse Manager to join our aged care team at Roshana Noble Park Aged Care, in a (full‑time) capacity.

About the Role

As a Clinical Nurse Manager, you will provide robust clinical leadership and operational oversight within our aged care facility. You will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, and person-centred care, while supporting and developing the clinical and care teams.

This is a dynamic leadership role suited to an experienced nurse who thrives on responsibility, team development, and driving continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Be Doing

- Oversee day-to-day clinical operations within the facility
- Lead, mentor, and support Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses, and care staff
- Ensure care delivery meets clinical standards, regulations, and organisational policies
- Oversee complex care planning, assessments, and clinical decision-making




- Monitor resident outcomes and respond effectively to changes in condition
- Collaborate with GPs, allied health professionals, residents, and families
- Drive quality improvement initiatives and clinical governance practices
- Ensure accurate documentation, reporting, and compliance with aged care standards
- Support staff rostering, workload allocation, and workforce capability development

What You Will Bring

- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
- Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent
- Significant experience in aged care or acute clinical leadership roles
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills
- Sound knowledge of aged care quality standards, compliance, and clinical governance
- Ability to manage complex clinical and operational priorities
- A calm, decisive, and solutions-focused approach
- Experience in mentoring and developing clinical teams
- A National Police Clearance or NDIS Screening Check, or willingness to obtain this
