About you Lingard Private Hospital is seeking an experienced Anaesthetic Nurse with a passion for leadership, clinical excellence, and continuous quality improvement to join our dynamic perioperative team.

Working across both Lingard Private Hospital and Lingard Day Centre, this role offers the opportunity to lead within a highly efficient, fast-paced, and patient-focused environment. You will play a pivotal role in supporting and mentoring the Anaesthetic Nursing team, ensuring the delivery of exceptional patient care while providing vital assistance to our Visiting Medical Officers.

As a key member of the perioperative leadership team, you will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary stakeholders to ensure the smooth and effective operation of the department. Your focus on clinical leadership, team development,



and service improvement will contribute to maintaining the high standards of care for which Lingard is recognised.

In this role, you will be supported by the Perioperative Services Manager and work alongside a dedicated team of Clinical Educators, providing you with opportunities for continued professional growth and leadership development.

Essential criteria

- Current AHPRA Registration
- Registered Nurse with significant anaesthetic nursing experience
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and support teams
- Commitment to clinical excellence, patient safety, and quality improvement
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced perioperative setting

Desirable criteria

- Post Graduate Certificate in Perioperative / Anaesthetic / Recovery Nursing
- Previous experience in a management role
- Previous experience with human resource management
