The role will be based within our clinical trials unit at Icon South Brisbane. Within the role you'll have the opportunity to work on innovative oncology and haematology clinical trials that are helping shape the future of cancer care.

As part of a highly experienced and supportive clinical trials team, you'll coordinate a diverse portfolio of studies in our fast-paced research unit. This role will see you working alongside leading investigators, research nurses and clinical trial professionals.

About the Role

As a Clinical Research Coordinator, you will play an important role in the successful delivery of oncology and haematology clinical trials from start-up through to study close-out.

You will work closely with participants, investigators, sponsors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure studies are conducted safely, ethically and in accordance with protocol and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities include

- Coordinating the day-to-day running of clinical trials
- Support participant recruitment and guide participants throughout their trial journey
- Work closely with investigators, sponsors, monitors and other stakeholders
- Coordinate study visits, assessments and trial related procedures
- Maintain study documentation and regulatory records
- Manage trial data collection and resolve data queries
- Assist with study start-up activities to ensure site activation
- Ensure studies are conducted in line with the protocol, GCP and regulatory requirements

About You We're keen to hear from applicants who bring:

- Experience coordinating clinical research studies, or
- Oncology, haematology or broader healthcare experience with an interest in clinical research
- Solid organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- High attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

Experience in oncology,



haematology or clinical trials is highly regarded but not essential for the right candidate. What Success Looks Like In your first 12 months, you'll:

- Build confidence managing a portfolio of clinical trials
- Develop expertise in oncology and haematology research
- Strengthen relationships with investigators, sponsors and research participants
- Contribute to successful study recruitment and delivery
- Become a valued member of a high-performing research team helping advance cancer care
