We are seeing an individual with experience in or exposure to a similar industry as a CNC Operator. This role is Full-Time Mon-Fri + any overtime required.

The Role:

Reporting to the CNC Team Leader, the CNC Operator’s primary focus is to:

- Complete the day-to-day activities of the CNC department focusing on producing high quality products in a productive, efficient and safe manner
- Achieve 100% DIFOT whilst minimising unnecessary reworks
- Improve efficiency and reduce operating costs through accountability to standard operating procedures
- Provide coaching and training for new team members as requested by the CNC Team Leader
- Promote teamwork between the manufacturing departments to ensure all are working to a common goal of exceeding customer expectations
- Ensure compliance with legislative requirements in Safety
- Ensure CNC is always compliant with Company policies and procedures
- Execute directives that support the business strategy

In summary, the CNC Operator is a key person in the CNC department and is responsible for producing high-quality product in a productive, efficient and safe manner.

What You Need:

- Demonstrated experience in CNC operations
- Computer savvy with knowledge of AutoCAD and ToolShop programs
- Experience and knowledge to read and understand mechanical drawings
- Current Driver’s License
