Co-Facilitator – Digital Governance Programs

About the Opportunity
Hatchit Studios is seeking experienced Co-Facilitators for a federal government ICT labour hire engagement supporting the delivery of a Digital Governance Program.
The Program is designed for Senior Responsible Officers (SROs) responsible for Australian Government digital and ICT investments. It combines facilitator-led discussions, governance simulations, case studies and interactive learning activities to strengthen digital governance, oversight and executive decision-making capability.
The successful contractors will work alongside government executives and staff to prepare for and co-facilitate scheduled two-day Program deliveries onsite in Canberra.
Key Responsibilities
- Co-facilitate executive-level Digital Governance Program sessions
- Support delivery of discussions, governance simulations, case studies and interactive learning activities
- Facilitate conversations involving complex digital governance, policy and delivery challenges
- Engage senior executives and encourage active participation
- Constructively challenge participants and guide complex discussions
- Familiarise yourself with supplied curriculum, learning materials, simulations and facilitation guides
- Work collaboratively with government representatives to achieve defined Program learning outcomes
- Undertake preparation activities ahead of scheduled Program deliveries
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience facilitating training,
workshops or leadership development programs for APS Senior Executive Service (SES) or equivalent C-level audiences
- Experience participating in governance, oversight or decision-making forums associated with large-scale digital transformation, ICT or technology-enabled programs
- Experience engaging with or advising executive governance boards for large and complex digital transformation programs
- Strong understanding of the digital Senior Responsible Officer (SRO) role within government
- Proven ability to communicate with and influence senior executives
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to guide complex discussions, encourage participation and challenge participants constructively
- Australian Citizenship
- Active Baseline Security Clearance or higher
- Ability to attend scheduled Program delivery onsite in Canberra
Working Arrangements
This is a part-time labour hire engagement, with hours aligned to scheduled Program delivery periods rather than a guaranteed weekly commitment.
During delivery periods, contractors may work up to 20 hours per week, covering preparation and co-delivery of the two-day Program. Outside delivery periods, hours are expected to be lower and will vary based on Program requirements.
Preparation activities can be undertaken under a hybrid arrangement, while scheduled Program delivery will be onsite in Canberra.
