As a CNC Operator, you will play a key role in the production process by ensuring machinery operates efficiently, safely, and accurately while maintaining high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Set up and operate CNC machinery to produce precision components

- Cabinet Making experience on CNC

- Interpret engineering drawings and technical blueprints to ensure accurate production

- Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as required

- Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet specifications

- Maintain accurate maintenance records and production documentation

- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and ensure machines and work areas are kept in positive condition

- Assist with general workshop duties as required

- Manually handle and lift board materials when required





Skills and Experience

- CNC machining or manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential

- High level of accuracy and attention to detail

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

- Basic knowledge of manufacturing or joinery materials is advantageous

- Ability to safely perform manual handling tasks

Licences and Requirements

- Current Driver’s Licence (essential)

- Forklift Licence (essential)

- Team Worker
