We are seeking an experienced bartender who can handle volume, maintain composure under pressure and deliver consistent quality drinks while engaging confidently with guests.

This role requires speed, product knowledge and solid customer awareness.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Maintain high-quality drink presentation
- Execute cocktails consistently
- Manage bar prep and stock levels
- Handle POS transactions accurately
- Upsell premium beverages and specials
- Maintain bar cleanliness and organisation
- Monitor RSA compliance
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
- Create seasonal beverages
- Ability to change/refine/create new cocktail/mocktail menu
- Ability to upsell menu items
- Attention to detail

Essential Requirements
- Minimum 1 years experience in a busy bar environment
- Valid RSA Certificate (mandatory)
- Strong cocktail knowledge




- Ability to work late nights and weekends
- Fast and efficient under pressure
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
