About the role
As Co-Lead Educator in the 2–3s room, you'll work alongside another experienced educator to jointly lead the room's day-to-day program and practice.
Key responsibilities
- Co-lead the planning, delivery and evaluation of an engaging, play-based program that reflects the EYLF V2.0 and the interests of our toddlers
- Share ideas, programming responsibilities and team reflection and continuous improvement for the wider room team
- Build genuine, trusting relationships with children and families, including day-to-day communication via Storypark
- Help lead our regular nature-based excursions to Creek Kindy, getting little ones outdoors and exploring
- Champion a protected, inclusive and child-safe environment in everything you do
