Property Network of Australia is seeking a Commercial Facilities Manager to join a leading property management business in Adelaide CBD. Our client operates within the commercial and industrial property sector, managing a diverse portfolio and prioritising operational excellence, compliance, and sustainability. We are seeking an individual with previous or current experience managing facilities and building operations within an A Grade office environment, with a strong focus on contractor management, compliance, and tenant engagement.

The Facilities Manager will oversee the productive operation and maintenance of property assets, ensuring safety, compliance, and cost-effective service delivery. The role requires proactive management of contractors, site functionality, and tenant relationships, as well as reporting and budget oversight. You will be responsible for driving plant reliability, sustainability initiatives, and risk management across nominated properties.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day facilities operations and contractor performance
- Ensure compliance with WHS, statutory requirements,



and building certifications
- Oversee site functionality, technical services reporting, and documentation
- Drive sustainability initiatives and maintain NABERS ratings
- Monitor operating expenditure and assist with budget processes
- Develop tenant relationships and coordinate service requests

The ideal candidate will have:

- Experience in commercial or industrial property facilities management
- Strong knowledge of WHS, essential services, and compliance regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management systems
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Superior organisational skills and attention to detail
