We are looking for an experienced insurance broker to join our growing team at Phoenix Insurance Brokers in South Perth.

If you are an experienced broker who values strong client relationships, enjoys being part of a supportive team and is looking for a role where you can genuinely make an impact, we’d love to hear from you.

The role involves managing and growing an established portfolio of SME and commercial clients, providing personalised advice and support throughout the policy lifecycle. You will also play an active role in identifying new business opportunities, driving growth and continuing to build the portfolio.

You will be supported by a dedicated assistant, our separate claims team and additional administrative support,



along with a supportive and approachable management team who are hands on in broking and client management themselves.

About you:

- Minimum 5 years’ experience within an insurance broking firm

- Diploma of Financial Services (Insurance Broking)

- Strong communication and relationship building skills

- Excellent organisation and time management skills

- Great attention to detail
- A collaborative approach and ability to work well within a team
