Builders Arms Hotel A Gertrude Street landmark for over 170 years, the Builders is a place for all occasions: a lively public bar, bustling bistro and private dining rooms. Our kitchen produces everything from cheeseburgers and fish pie to whole flounder,



mussels with fermented chilli and elegant event menus. Proper cooking, excellent produce and training across all sections are at the heart of what we do.
