We are currently seeking experienced and motivated leaders to join growing organisations within the aged care and community services sector.

Community Manager

We are looking for an experienced Community Manager to provide operational leadership across community services. This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing day-to-day service delivery, workforce capacity, rostering, client onboarding and operational performance. This position will be at a retirement village based in Port Broughton.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead day-to-day community service operations and workforce planning
- Lead, coach and develop operational teams
- Monitor performance, service delivery and KPIs
- Drive quality, compliance and continuous improvement
- Manage operational issues and key stakeholder relationships

About you:

- Experience in operational leadership within aged care, disability, community services, health or a similar environment
- Strong people leadership and workforce management skills
- Excellent communication, decision-making and stakeholder management skills




- Relevant qualifications or substantial equivalent experience
- Experience in home care, Support at Home, CHSP or government-funded services will be highly regarded.

Facility Manager

We are also seeking an experienced Facility Manager to provide overall operational and people leadership across an aged care facility. This is an opportunity for an experienced aged care leader to take responsibility for the overall performance of the facility, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, workforce management and resident experience.

Key responsibilities:

- Lead the overall operations and performance of the facility
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team
- Oversee workforce, resources and operational requirements
- Drive quality, compliance and continuous improvement
- Build strong relationships with residents, families and stakeholders

About you:

- Proven leadership experience within residential aged care
- Strong understanding of aged care operations, quality and compliance
- Demonstrated team leadership and people management experience
- Strong operational and commercial understanding
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in home care, Support at Home, CHSP or government-funded services will be highly regarded
