Home With Help Homecare provides home care and community nursing services to aged and people living with disability across Melbourne Metro and regional areas.
We are looking for a compassionate, caring, reliable and dedicated Community Registered Nurse to join our team on a casual or subcontractor basis to provide community nursing services to our clients in South East and Mornington Peninsula.
Role Duties
- Monitoring and managing care and services for our clients.
- Delivering comprehensive nursing care and services to our clients such as medication administration, wound care and management, stoma care, catheter care, wellbeing checks, diabetes management
- Reporting any clinical issues or concerns to Care Director regularly.
- Completing appropriate clinical documentations for care and services provided to our clients.
- Nursing oversight of complex care needs of clients.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Valid AHPRA registration as Registered Nurse
- Drivers licence and reliable vehicle with valid insurance
- Current National Police Check (within 3 years) and NDIS Workers Screening Check (within 5 years).
- Current First Aid and CPR certificate
- Manual handling certificate
- Experience in Aged Care and Disability sector
- Experience in Complex Nursing Care
Other Requirements:
- Excellent problem solving capabilities

- Good documentation skills
- Compassionate, Caring, Dependable and Reliable
- Relationship building skills
- Minimum 1 year experience
- TFN or ABN

Pay: $52.00 – $55.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1.0 – 4.0 per week
