About the role

Laingcon is seeking skilled Concrete Construction Workers/ Formworkers to join our growing team based in Tuggerah, NSW 2259.

All work sites are located on the Central Coast including Commercial Industrial & High End residential.

What You'll Be Responsible For

- Concreters – bring your skills to all aspects of concrete placement, finishing, and detailing
- Formworkers – Formwork experience for concrete structures including ground Slabs, walls, columns, and suspended slabs

What we're looking for

- Strong dedication to maintaining and advocating for a safe work environment in all tasks and operations

- Construction White Card
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities

- Valid driver's licence (preferred)




- High level of physical fitness to perform demanding tasks
