About the Role:
We are currently looking to add a Grinder / Polisher to our site team. This role will suit applicants looking for hands on work who have a good eye for detail and naturally take pride in their work. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work across a variety of projects spanning from high-end residential flooring in some of Perth’s nicest houses, to intricate commercial fit outs. It is a rare opportunity to get into a role that allows you to genuinely be proud of the work you produce!
Experience with grinding and polishing concrete will be looked upon favourably, however we are aware that applicants with the right attributes and transferrable skills from other industries can thrive in our environment! - Previous concrete grinding, polishing, sealing experience
- Good nature and ability to communicate
- A natural mentality to learn and improve consistently
- Strong work ethic with focus on quality output
- Be calm at times where pressure may be perceived on site or from clients
- Ability to work in with the team whilst also completing parts of the role autonomously
- Clean and organised way of working
- Drivers licence and reliable transport
- Australian residency or citizenship – it is a permanent role not suited to Visa applicants!
