About the role

Blue Rock Construction is a growing Sydney-based construction company delivering residential, commercial and educational projects across Sydney. This is a hands-on role for a Construction Labourer / All Rounder / MR Driver, working across our Banksmeadow yard, suppliers and project sites — helping keep materials, deliveries, tools and the wider team moving.

Key responsibilities

- General construction labouring and assisting the construction team on site.

- Helping carpenters and site teams as required.

- Loading and unloading building materials, tools and equipment.

- Organising and preparing materials for upcoming jobs.

- Driving the company MR truck for deliveries and collections.

- Picking up materials and supplies from suppliers.

- Moving materials, tools and equipment between the yard and sites.

- Keeping the yard, vehicles, tools and equipment clean, organised and well maintained.

- Ensuring tools and equipment are stored correctly and ready for use.

- Identifying when tools, equipment or materials need attention, repair or replacement.

- Assisting with general maintenance and odd jobs.

About you





- Current MR Licence — essential.

- Current White Card.

- Physically fit and comfortable with manual work and lifting.

- Comfortable working outdoors and getting your hands dirty.

- Highly organised with a genuine eye for detail.

- Takes pride in looking after tools, equipment and materials.

- Reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work.

- Able to follow instructions and use initiative.

- Works well as part of a small team.

- Previous construction or labouring experience is highly regarded.

- Experience working in a small business workplace is an advantage.
