About the role

NEVALS is a small to medium-sized residential builder seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager / Site Supervisor to join our team in SEQ.

This is a full-time, hands-on role overseeing the delivery of quality residential projects from pre-start through to completion. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard of quality and safety, with a strong focus on practical, on-site supervision and coordination.

What you'll be doing

- Plan, schedule and manage projects from pre-start through to completion
- Be hands-on on site, supervising daily construction activities, trades and subcontractors
- Coordinate trades, sequencing and site logistics to keep projects on program
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality, workmanship and WHS standards
- Review plans, specifications and resolve construction issues on site
- Manage budgets, variations, procurement and project documentation
- Liaise with consultants, suppliers, clients and stakeholders
- Monitor progress, identify risks and proactively resolve delays
- Lead site teams and provide clear direction to subcontractors
- Report on project progress, costs and key issues to management

What we're looking for

- Minimum 5 years' experience in construction project management, preferably within residential projects
- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time
- Hands-on construction supervision experience, with a willingness to be actively involved on site and oversee day-to-day construction activities
- Strong practical understanding of construction sequencing,



quality control, site coordination and subcontractor management
- Robust knowledge of construction methodologies, best practices and industry standards
- Excellent project planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Comprehensive understanding of health, safety and environmental (HSE) regulations and compliance requirements
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Solid problem-solving abilities and capacity to make decisions under pressure
- Relevant qualifications in the related field, Carpenter preffered or PM Qualifications
- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel to project sites as required
