As Aster

Alliance's property portfolio continues to grow rapidly, an opportunity has arisen for a Construction Project Manager to join our expanding team in New South Wales. The role is suited to an experienced project management professional with a strong background in residential construction. The appointment will be as an independent contractor of Aster Alliance, with your services requested on a project by project basis.

Key responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of non-banking clients and coordinate all property-related activities

- Investigation and assessment of current conditions upon part complete construction developments

- Client-side supervision and support in management of projects in delivery

- Lead responsibility and involvement in day-to-day project related contractor and authority correspondence

- Regular site attendance as lenders representative





- Regular construction programme monitor and review

- Regular budget management and review

- Regular project risk identification, mitigation and management

- Periodic representation and participation in project related Design, Construction Progress & PCG meetings

- Periodic review of contractor progress claims, in addition to assessment undertaken by the appointed 3rd party project QS
