The Opportunity The role is responsible for the timely completion of projects. The Site Manager is responsible for managing trades, site safety, inductions, quality, NCC and professional construction standards and managing the budgets to ensure the timely delivery of quality projects for our clients.

Main duties and responsibilities

- Supervise and manage projects with timely and profitable delivery of construction works
- Plan, schedule and drive construction projects to meet company and clients expectations
- Ensure the project construction schedules are met
- Drive, manage and adhere company safety processes
- Have a detailed understanding and experience in the construction process, critical inspection points, permit requirements and WHS requirements
- Work with the Senior Project Manager to provide accurate progress updates for internal and external use

About you

- Tertiary qualification in Building, Construction Management, or another relevant discipline (desirable).




- QBCC Site Supervisor Licence (Open Class Desirable).
- Current valid driving licence.
