Offstack is an AI-native venture studio building software products. We're looking for our first hire, a Content & Marketing Associate to make and distribute content around what we build.

This is an entry-level role with no prior professional experience required. It's fully remote and open to applicants anywhere in the world. You'd be working closely with the founder to come up with ideas, turn them into content, and figure out how to get them in front of the right people.

We'll keep this very simple. You only really need three things:

- You understand internet culture and have ideas. You're ideally someone who's been chronically online, notices what people are paying attention to, and understands how different social platforms work.
- You can create and edit short-form videos, written content, and visuals for social media, and want to get better at it.
- You can take an idea, even if it's still rough,



and figure out how to turn it into something good.

You don't need to be great at all three from day one. If you like learning and getting better at things, you'll have plenty of room and support to do that here. And because you'll be joining so early, there's a lot of room for this role to become something much bigger over time.
