Reporting to the Production Manager, you will lead local improvement initiatives that make your branch safer, more productive and more consistent, while helping the team build capability and deliver operational excellence.

This role suits someone who enjoys being hands-on, working with frontline teams, removing roadblocks and making practical improvements stick.

What You'll Do

- Lead improvements that strengthen safety, quality, productivity and consistency.
- Work with the local production team to understand workflows, equipment, layout and challenges.
- Reduce waste, downtime and rework through practical process improvements.
- Coach teams to identify, trial and sustain better ways of working.
- Turn team ideas into practical improvement actions.

What you'll bring

- At least 2 years’ experience in continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, process improvement or manufacturing operations.

- Lean, Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement training or qualifications will be highly regarded.




- A genuine interest in growing your career in production or operations leadership.
- Strong communication, influencing and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A practical, approachable and hands-on style, with confidence working alongside frontline teams.
