The Chance

We are seeking a proactive and organised Merchandiser to manage a defined territory and ensure our brands stand out in every store. You'll play a key role in maintaining strong store relationships, optimising product visibility, and supporting commercial growth through high‐quality merchandising and in‐store execution.

This is a part-time, permanent (24 Hours - Tuesday to Friday) position, covering the Cairns area. This field‐based role requires travel across your territory, servicing a set customer base per day.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Build engaging product displays to enhance store presence and drive visibility
n
- Replenish stock, maintain presentation standards, and execute planograms
n
- Lead in‐store activations to support promotions and campaigns
n
- Liaise with store teams, address stock issues, and ensure brand standards are maintained
n
- Provide accurate reporting and maintain a professional presence in all stores
n

About You

n

You are dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

n

In addition, you will have:

n

n




- Access to your own vehicle during working hours 4 days a week (Tuesday to Friday)
n
- Physical capability to lift our product cases for 8 hours per day (up to 16kg)
n
- A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout the territory
n
- Excellent attention to detail with a passion for great presentation
n
- Professionally presented and confident representing our brand at customer sites
n
- Strong time management while meeting scheduled service requirements
n
- Experience in merchandising, retail, field operations, or a similar role is advantageous
n
