Southern Cross Care WA is seeking two Occupational Therapists to support residents at Jeremiah Donovan House in Forrestfield and Villa Pelletier in West Leederville. You will deliver high-quality OT services and lead activity programs in collaboration with the care team.

You must be an AHPRA registered OT with a solid commitment to person-centered care, able to work independently or as part of a team, and thrive in a not-for-profit, community-focused environment offering growth opportunities.
