Contract Administrator - Luxury Residential Projects

We're partnering with a highly regarded luxury residential builder to appoint an experienced Contract Administrator to join their growing team delivering high-end Class 1 residential projects across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.

About the Role

n

This is an office-based position located in Bondi, supporting the delivery of bespoke luxury homes and premium residential builds throughout the Eastern Suburbs.

n

Projects typically include:

n

- High-end Class 1 luxury homes
n
- Architecturally designed residential builds
n
- Premium bespoke residential projects
n

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Prepare, issue, and manage subcontract agreements and procurement packages
n
- Assess and process subcontractor progress claims and variations
n
- Monitor project costs, forecasting, and budget tracking
n
- Assist with tendering, procurement, and scope reviews
n
- Manage RFIs, documentation, and contract administration processes
n
- Liaise with project managers, site teams, consultants, and subcontractors
n




- Assist with project reporting and financial administration
n
- Support delivery teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
n

Requirements

n

n
- Proven experience as a Contract Administrator within the residential construction sector
n
- Strong understanding of contracts, procurement, and cost management
n
- Ability to interpret drawings and construction documentation
n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
n
- Ability to work within a rapid-paced, high-end construction environment
n
