We're a growing Melbourne residential builder delivering architectural single and double storey homes across the north and west growth corridors, along with knock-down rebuilds. Our homes are designed with Taouk Architects and built with a level of detail that puts them a step above the standard — elevated facades, refined finishes, and floorplans made for how people actually live at an attainable price point.

We back that with a genuinely tight program: four-month build times on single storey, six on double, and a three-month guaranteed site start. That only works with supervisors who know how to hold a schedule.

About the role

n

You'll run 10+ concurrent builds end to end — from site start through to handover.

n

Day to day, that looks like:

n

n
- Setting and holding the construction program across all your active sites
n
- Booking and managing trades on call-forward, keeping the sequence tight and the site moving
n
- Managing jobs to budget and flagging variations early
n
- Conducting site inspections and holding quality to the Vero standard
n




- Reading and working from architectural drawings, and resolving issues on the ground before they become delays
n
- Keeping clients, trades and the office genuinely informed — explicit, honest communication is a big part of how we work
n

What you'll bring

- Current site supervising experience with a volume builder
n
- Proven ability to run multiple sites at once, to program
n
- Confident managing trades — you can hold people to a standard without burning the relationship
n
- Strong ability to read and interpret working drawingsCurrent White Card and full VIC driver's licence

- Knock-down rebuild experience

- Knowledge of the north and west corridor estates, and the trade base that works them
