What you'll be doing

n

You'll have the opportunity to work closely with clients in their homes and community settings, helping them achieve greater mobility, independence and quality of life.

- Pain management & strength training
n
- Individual assessments and rehabilitation plans
n
- Working collaboratively with families,



carers and other healthcare professionals
n
- Managing your own caseload with genuine autonomy
n

n

What we're looking for

n

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

n

n
- Current AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist
n
- Community, mobile or aged care experience — highly regarded
n
- Strong clinical reasoning and confidence working independently
n
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
n
- A genuine passion for person-centred care
n
- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel locally
n
- NDIS Worker Screening / Police Check / WWCC, or willingness to obtain
n
