Customer Service Officer

Tuggerah, NSW | $37.50 per hour | Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm | Temporary

We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to join a busy and established distribution environment based in Tuggerah.

n

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong customer service and administration experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced workplace and managing customer enquiries from start to finish.

n

About the Role

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Managing a high volume of customer enquiries via phone and email
n
- Processing customer orders, returns, credits and other service requests
n
- Building and maintaining strong customer and client relationships
n
- Investigating and resolving customer queries and issues
n
- Handling customer complaints professionally and efficiently
n
- Liaising with internal operations and logistics teams
n
- Accurately entering and maintaining customer and order information
n
- Working towards service-level targets and KPIs
n
- Escalating ongoing or complex issues when required
n
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer service processes
n

About You

n





To be successful, you will ideally have:

n

n
- Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service environment
n
- Experience with order processing and data entry
n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
n
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
n
- Confidence handling customer enquiries and resolving issues
n
- Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines
n
- Experience working towards KPIs or service targets
n
- Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams skills
n
- A proactive, reliable and team-focused attitude
n

n

Previous experience within distribution, logistics, warehousing or a similar operational environment would be highly regarded.

n
