Are you a passionate cook looking to work by the beautiful seaside? We’re hiring a Cook/Chef to join our friendly team at our bustling kiosk/bar in Mornington.

Morning and Day works 3 - 4 days a week.

Sandwich prep & fryer work on weekends.

About the Role:

Hours: Part-time role, 25–30 hours per week. Full-time opportunities available for the right candidate.

Duties:

- Preparing and serving sandwiches, salads, and breakfast dishes.
- Assisting with menu development and implementation
- Handling the fry section efficiently.
- Ensuring food quality, presentation, and hygiene standards are met.
- Rewards: Competitive rates based on your level and age.
- Stock inventory and ordering as required
- Cooking and preparing meals in accordance with dietary requirements
- Training and supervising trainees or junior staff as required

What We’re Looking For:

- Experience in a similar role or solid kitchen skills.




- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
- A team player with excellent time management and multitasking skills.
- Flexibility to work split shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Fully conversant with Health and Safety regulations
