About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Cook to join our team at Sahara Street Food in The Ponds, NSW. As a full-time Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a range of delicious and authentic street food dishes for our customers.

What you'll be doing

- Prepare and cook a variety of street food dishes to our high standards
- Ensure all food is prepared and cooked according to health and safety regulations
- Assist with maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment
- Work collaboratively with the wider team to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Contribute to the development of new menu items and recipes

What we're looking for

- Proven experience as a cook or chef, preferably in a fast-paced street food or restaurant environment
- Knowledge of a wide range of cooking techniques and cuisines, with a focus on authentic street food
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills to work efficiently in a busy kitchen
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high food safety and quality standards
- Passion for creating delicious,



flavourful dishes and a desire to learn and grow
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced workplace
