- Full-Time Position - 38 hours per week
- Must be available AM/PM includes weekend work

Job Duties/Essential Functions• Provides and ensures prompt and courteous customer service to members, employees, and suppliers

- Answers member questions, demonstrates merchandise, and explains features
- Assists members in loading merchandise to cart
- Maintains current knowledge of technology and trends of sales area merchandise
- Communicates with Majors Supervisor regarding quantity, status, price, delivery, and promotion of merchandise
- Follows merchandising standards and practices
- Sets up, cleans, and maintains merchandise displays
- Aligns and faces merchandise to front, collects, returns stray items, and stocks to maintain high merchandise levels
- Reviews lists of items for Forklift Drivers to place in the aisles for stocking
- Participates in merchandise moves
- Checks and approves merchandise for member returns
- Makes and checks accuracy of merchandise signs and marking




- Clears debris from the sales floor and performs security lock-up
- Follows proper Merchandising and general safety procedures and standards
- Spots for Forklift Drivers to keep people out of fall-danger zone
- Assists in other departments of the warehouse as necessary
- Assists members in loading merch to cart and their vehicles

Ability to operate vehicles, equipment or machinery

- Computer, printer, sticker marking gun, pallet jack, step stool, diamond tester, case alarms, electronic merchandise,

cameras, RF gun, cash register, table top/hand-held scanners, carts, flatbeds

Qualifications (Costco-specific or industry specific skills that candidates should possess)

High School Certificate or higher.

Sales, Costco, or comparable experience

Solid customer service skills

Knowledge of electronics, jewellery and appliances
