Experienced Counterbalance Operator? We Want You! ?

Omni Recruit is currently looking for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Operator to join a busy warehouse and distribution operation in Kemps Creek. This is a hands-on forklift role where your main responsibility will be loading and unloading trucks, moving pallets and keeping freight flowing safely and efficiently.

? The Role

Your main duties will include:

- Operating a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Moving pallets and freight around the warehouse
- Staging freight for dispatch and receivals
- Loading and positioning pallets safely and accurately




- General warehouse and manual handling duties
- RF scanning where required
- Keeping work areas clean, organised and safe
- Following all site safety procedures and forklift operating standards

? What We're Looking For

✔ Current LF Forklift Licence ✔ Proven Counterbalance Forklift experience

✔ Experience loading and unloading trucks

✔ Previous warehouse, transport or distribution centre experience

✔ Strong focus on safety and attention to detail

✔ Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling

✔ Reliable transport

✔ Excellent attendance and punctuality

✔ Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

✔ Own PPE — steel-cap boots and hi-vis

✔ Full Australian working rights
