About The Role

As a Scheduling & Cost Analyst, you will provide Project Controls support across a portfolio of Operational Technology projects, helping Project Managers make informed decisions and improve delivery outcomes.

You Will

- Provide Project Controls support across a portfolio of 30+ projects, with a strong focus on project scheduling, forecasting, performance reporting, and delivery insights.
- Review and analyse project schedules in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project to validate schedule logic, dependencies, milestones and delivery plans and identify risks, critical path impacts and opportunities for improvements.
- Review and analyse project cashflows and forecasts, ensuring alignment with project schedules, progress, contract commitments, and approved budgets.
- Monitor project performance and identify schedule impacts, delays, forecast variances, cost impacts, and emerging risks.
- Prepare and present project controls reporting and insights, including schedule performance, cashflow variance analysis, earned value metrics (EVM), and progress reporting.




- Provide advice and recommendations to Project Managers to improve forecast accuracy, manage delivery risks, and support informed decision-making.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of project controls processes, templates, reporting tools, and forecasting methodologies.
- Support procurement and contract administration activities, including purchase orders, claims, variations, and supplier coordination.

Key Skills And Experience To be successful in this role, you will bring:

- Demonstrated experience in project scheduling, forecasting, and project controls within a capital project workplace.
- Strong experience reviewing and analysing project schedules, forecasts, and project performance information to identify risks, issues, variances, and opportunities.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project, including schedule analysis, dependency management, critical path interpretation, schedule logic review, and forecasting.
- Experience in project cost control, cashflow forecasting, variance analysis, and performance reporting.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret project, schedule, and financial data and translate findings into practical insights and recommendations.
- Sound understanding of project delivery methodologies, project controls principles, governance requirements, and performance reporting frameworks.
- Experience using SAP Project Systems (PS),



Microsoft Office applications, and project management/reporting systems.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships, influence decision-making, and support positive project outcomes.
- Relevant qualifications in Business, Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or equivalent industry experience will be highly regarded.
