MLG Oz is seeking an experienced Crushing Supervisor to lead our crushing and screening operations across Western Australia. This is an opportunity to join a growing ASX-listed business with a strong pipeline of work, modern equipment, and genuine opportunities for career progression.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Project Manager or Superintendent, you'll play a key leadership role overseeing day-to-day crushing operations and leading site crews to achieve production, safety, and operational targets.

Key Responsibilities Include

- Supervising and coordinating crushing operations on site
- Leading, mentoring and developing crushing operators




- Promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring WHSEQ compliance
- Managing daily production activities and operational priorities
- Coordinating maintenance activities to maximise plant availability
- Conducting inspections, risk assessments and pre-start meetings
- Managing performance, training and competency requirements
- Monitoring production data, machine hours, fuel usage and reporting
- Maintaining high housekeeping and operational standards
- Supporting strong working relationships across site teams

About You To be successful, you will bring:

- Minimum 4 years' experience in mining and crushing operations

- Demonstrated experience in a supervisory or leading hand role
- Strong knowledge of primarily mobile crushing plant operations
- Proven commitment to safety leadership and continuous improvement
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
- Sound understanding of mining safety legislation and site compliance requirements
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment

Essential Requirements

- Section 26 Statutory Supervisor qualification
- Current HR Driver's Licence (highly desirable)
- Relevant supervisory, trade or extractive industry qualifications
